Headquartered in London, Moracle is a chartered accountancy and tax advisory firm offering a wide range of professional services, from audit and assurance, taxation and outsourcing to business advisory and corporate finance.
Founded in 2008, Moracle was born from a conviction that accountancy could be more than compliance and number-crunching. Our founder, Morlai Kargbo FCCA, brought together 11 years of experience at a leading London firm—including service as Audit Manager—with a passion for transformational thinking, creating what we call ‘Mindset Accountancy’.
We operate entirely remotely, bringing together a team of chartered certified accountants and finance professionals who share a commitment to excellence and a belief in continuous growth. Our daily mindset warm-up sessions aren’t just team building—they’re the foundation of how we approach every client relationship.

Every engagement is delivered in line with ACCA's Code of Ethics and professional requirements, ensuring your financial information is handled with care, independence, and transparency. This regulatory oversight gives you the assurance that our advice is not only practical and commercially sound, but also reliable and responsibly delivered. For us, professional standards aren't a statement—they're the foundation of how we help businesses make better decisions and grow with confidence. At Moracle, we don't view regulation as a burden—we embrace it as a framework that helps us deliver exceptional service. Our ACCA regulation isn't just about compliance; it's about demonstrating our commitment to you through independently verified professional standards. When you choose Moracle, you're choosing a firm where quality, integrity, and accountability aren't just values we talk about—they're standards we're professionally obligated to uphold, monitored to ensure, and disciplined if we fail to meet. That's the Moracle difference. That's the ACCA standard.
Moracle Limited is an ACCA-regulated accountancy practice, giving you the confidence of working with professionals held to the highest global standards.
We operate with integrity, objectivity, and professional independence, ensuring our advice is always honest, unbiased, and in your best interest.
Our work is subject to independent oversight and regular quality reviews by ACCA, ensuring consistent, high-quality service across all engagements.
We treat your financial information with strict confidentiality, supported by robust systems and professional safeguards.
As a regulated firm, we maintain professional indemnity insurance, providing you with added financial protection and peace of mind.
We follow rigorous UK anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, protecting both your business and the integrity of the financial system.
Every interaction matters. We listen, we respect, and we create environments where clients and colleagues feel supported, understood, and empowered.
Integrity isn’t optional. Transparency, honesty, and professionalism guide every decision especially when no one is watching.
Good is never enough. We challenge ourselves to think better, work smarter and deliver work that sets a higher benchmark for the industry.
Collaboration beats competition. We share knowledge, celebrate progress and build genuine partnerships that help everyone move forward.
Innovation comes from willingness to learn, adapt and question the old way of doing things. We embrace change and use it to create better solutions.
Our work is more than numbers. We support organisations that change lives, and we’re committed to making a meaningful difference in every community we touch.
We are a firm that elevates organisations by empowering exceptional people—our clients and our team—with clarity, expertise and the confidence to make better decisions. We commit to delivering accounting and advisory support that is grounded in high standards, strengthened by innovation, and always centred on real human impact.
At Moracle, culture isn’t something we talk about once a year. It’s woven into how we show up every single day — in conversations, decisions, and the way we support each other through complexity and growth. We believe that exceptional work comes from exceptional people who feel seen, heard, and genuinely supported. So we’ve built a culture around five daily standards that guide everything we do. They’re not rules on a wall. They’re a living framework that shapes how we think, collaborate, and improve.
Clarity matters. We set goals that align with Moracle's purpose and our clients' needs.
We know what we're aiming for and why, and we take deliberate action to get there.
Every interaction counts. We listen more than we speak, we challenge ideas not people, and we leave everyone feeling valued and understood, whether that's a client, a colleague, or a member of the community we serve.
Good enough isn't our target. We challenge our own thinking, we stay curious about who we're becoming, and we invest in our own growth so we can better serve others.
The gap between knowing something and doing it matters. We examine our habits and beliefs, we're willing to change course, and we actively seek smarter, more effective ways to work.
We don't shy away from difficulty. We see challenges as invitations to grow, we push past fear and procrastination, and we celebrate the progress we make — individually and as a team.
