Morlai Kargbo is the founder and Managing Director of Moracle Limited, a chartered certified accountancy and audit firm established in 2008. As a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and Registered Auditor, Morlai brings extensive expertise in serving both corporate and charitable sectors across the UK and internationally.

Morlai specialises in the private and not-for-profit sectors, working with charities, churches, Community Interest Companies (CICs), and other charitable organisations. His services include statutory and internal audit, accountancy, business consultancy, and advisory on financial systems, processes, and controls. He provides expert guidance on SORP implementation, best practice development, and governance matters, ensuring board members are fully briefed on their roles and responsibilities through bespoke training programmes.

Robert Ssebaggala is an ACCA-qualified accounting and auditing professional and a Consultant with Moracle. Adheres to the highest international standards of ethics, professionalism, and technical competence.
He supports organisations to strengthen financial governance, enhance internal controls, and achieve compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements. Robert works closely with businesses, charities, and growing organisations, helping them build transparent, reliable financial systems that support informed decision-making and long-term sustainability.

Linda plays a pivotal role in the smooth operation of Moracle Limited as Head of Non-Finance Operations. She provides high-level executive support to the Managing Director, delivers essential IT assistance, and ensures effective coordination between the accounting team and clients—making her an integral part of the company’s day-to-day success.

With a strong background in IT, Linda navigates the digital landscape with ease, consistently driving efficiency, productivity, and operational excellence across the organization. Miriam and Morlai co-founded Moracle in Africa in Ghana delivering virtual CFO services supporting small and medium-sized enterprises, startups, and NGOs using smart, tech-driven accounting solutions and online banking.

I am currently enrolled in the No Code AI Machine Learning NCAIML, Programme by MIT professional education a no-code data science programme designed to equip professionals with the skills to apply AI and Machine Learning in developing innovative business solutions.

Ritika plays a key role in delivering high-quality accounting, audit, and taxation services at Moracle Limited. As a Practice Executive, she brings over two years of professional experience, including prior exposure at a Big Four firm, where she worked with international clients and gained valuable insight into global accounting and audit practices.
An ACCA Affiliate and MBA in Finance, Ritika combines strong technical expertise with a strategic, big-picture approach. Her experience includes Financial Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting, Cash Flow Management, and the preparation and Review of Management and Statutory accounts, as well as involvement in Audits, Independent Examinations, and Tax Compliance.
Ritika works closely with internal teams and clients, supporting engagement delivery, guiding team members, and maintaining strong client relationships. Known for her professionalism and client-focused mindset, she is committed to delivering accurate, timely, and value-adding financial solutions that support Moracle Limited’s continued growth.

Sukesh is a Deputy Practice Executive with 2 years of experience in finance, audit, and taxation, and an ACCA Affiliate. He supports the delivery of compliant and high-quality financial services, with expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and the use of accounting and audit software including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and Digita.
He has worked with a diverse client base, preparing management and statutory accounts, handling corporation tax and self-assessment filings, and supporting audits and independent examinations. Sukesh has a particular interest in audit, where he focuses on accuracy, transparency, and strong financial governance.

Noah Dumbuya is a highly skilled and dedicated accounting professional with extensive expertise in data capture, analysis and reconciliation. He involves in the preparation of payroll, VAT, budgeting and financial procedure manuals, he plays a pivotal role in ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency within the firm. His understanding in accounting principles and systems has enable him to seamlessly integrate and optimize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Digita and Spotlight Reporting enhancing operational workflows and client satisfaction.

In addition to my technical expertise, I am a passionate mentor and leader. I take a pivotal role in guiding and managing ACCA advantage students, helping them master the Moracle Accountancy formula and achieve certifications in accounting software, including Spotlight Reporting, QuickBooks and Xero. My commitment to fostering personal growth and development in others has made me an invaluable resources for both colleagues and students alike.
